Basant is officially coming back to Lahore in 2027, and the Punjab government has already announced the dates for next year's celebrations.

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced on August 18 that Basant Lahore 2027 will be held from March 12 to March 14, 2027. The announcement follows the return of Basant celebrations in Lahore in 2026 after years of restrictions.

Maryam Nawaz Announces Basant 2027

The Punjab government expects the event to once again bring color, music and traditional festivities to Lahore.
