• Careful Form Submission: Fill out the online application form carefully, as no editing or modifications are allowed after final submission.

• Re-application Guidelines: Candidates who previously submitted applications against advertisements with closing dates of 21st July 2023 and 10th June 2024 do not need to apply again. Their deposited fees remain valid. If they wish to update their profiles, they must submit fresh application sets to the Registrar’s Office within the given time frame.

• Age Calculation: For fresh candidates, the age limit is calculated based on the current closing date (31st July 2026).

• Fee Exemption: Special Persons are completely exempt from paying the processing fee.

• University Rights: UVAS reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withdraw any number of posts or postpone the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

How to Apply Online for UVAS Jobs 2026

Applicants must follow a two-step submission process (both online and physical dossier submission):

1. Submit Online Application: Visit the official job portal at www.uvas.edu.pk/jobs and complete the registration form.

2. Pay Processing Fee: Generate an online bank challan and deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 5,000/- at any branch of Bank Alfalah Ltd. in Pakistan. Attach the original paid receipt to your physical application.

3. Submit Physical Dossier: Print the pre-filled online application form, sign it, and compile it with certified copies of degrees, transcripts, research papers, and experience certificates.

   • For Professor & Associate Professor: Submit 4 Complete Sets.

   • For Assistant Professor & Lecturer: Submit 3 Complete Sets.

4. Dispatch Application: Send the compiled sets via registered post or courier to the Registrar's Office, UVAS, Lahore.
