Terms & Conditions

  • Nature of Engagement: All appointments are strictly project-specific, contingent, and non-transferable. Engagement under this project does not confer any right of regular appointment or regularization.

  • Duration: Appointments are initially for six (6) months, extendable based on individual performance ratings or until project completion.

  • Preference Criteria: Preference will be accorded to candidates possessing prior experience in mining, mineral processing, retail value-addition, or export-oriented mineral projects.

  • In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must route their applications through proper channels and submit an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

  • Interview Call Letters: No separate call letters will be dispatched via post. Eligible applicants who submit their dossier by the deadline must report directly for walk-in interviews on their assigned date.

  • Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in walk-in interviews.

Candidates must complete the postal submission prior to appearing for the physical interview:

 

1.Write Formal Application:Address to Managing Director, PUNJMIN.

Draft a physical job application letter explicitly specifying the exact position applied for within the PHS Project.

2.Send Application Package via Courier:Dispatch before August 18, 2026.

Attach attested copies of your CNIC, Domicile certificate, educational degrees, experience certificates, and 2 passport-size photographs (white background). Dispatch via registered post or courier to the PUNJMIN Head Office.

3.Prepare Document Dossier for Interview:Gather all original credentials.

Assemble your original CNIC, original Domicile, original educational degrees/transcripts, original experience letters, and a full duplicate set of attested copies.

4.Attend Walk-in Interview:Report at 11:00 AM on August 25 or 26, 2026.

Report physically to the PUNJMIN Head Office in Lahore on your post's specified interview date (August 25, 2026 or August 26, 2026) at 11:00 AM.
