Age Relaxation Rules & Terms

  1. General Age Limit: 18 to 30 years calculated as of the closing date.

  2. Regional Age Relaxation (3 Years): Applicable for candidates belonging to Balochistan, Sindh (Rural), Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

  3. Armed Forces Personnel: Retired military personnel are eligible for up to 15 years of relaxation (up to a maximum age of 45 years).

  4. Disabled Persons Quota: Upper age limit relaxed by 10 years (up to a maximum age of 55 years).

  5. Postal Order Requirement: Candidates applying for positions from Serial No. 1 to 4 (BPS-10 and BPS-11) must attach a Rs. 500/- Postal Order / Bank Draft in favor of Commandant 601 Regional Workshop EME Quetta.

  6. In-Service Applicants: Serving government employees must apply through proper channels with an official No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Submissions must be dispatched via physical mail or courier services:

 

1.Fill Application Form:Prepare on standard format.

Complete the prescribed application form clearly stating the post applied for, your personal bio, domicile, and contact phone numbers.

2.Attest Documents Dossier:Gather copies of all required credentials.

Attach attested photocopies of your CNIC, Domicile certificate, educational certificates/diplomas, experience letters, and two recent passport-size photographs.

3.Enclose Postal Order & Self-Addressed Envelope:For Serial 1 to 4 positions only.

Include a Rs. 500/- Postal Order (if applying for BPS-10/11 posts) along with a stamped self-addressed envelope for receiving call letters.

4.Send Dossier via Courier/Post:Dispatch before August 10, 2026.
